1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TimeOps ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TimeOps is a calendar aggregation service that allows you to connect multiple calendar sources and synchronize events to one or more destination calendars. The Service supports Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, CalDAV-compatible calendars (including iCloud and Fastmail), and iCal/ICS feeds.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
• Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided API

5. Calendar Data

• You retain ownership of all calendar data you connect to the Service
• You grant TimeOps a limited license to access, read, and write calendar data solely to provide the synchronization service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any calendar data you connect to the Service
• We do not claim ownership over your calendar data

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party calendar providers (Google, Microsoft, and others). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party services.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost calendar data, missed events, or synchronization errors.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page with an updated date.
